Dear All
Having recently purchased a pair or 3 of active lens 3D glasses for my projector I decided to try them out on Elite: Dangerous.
It really does add an extra dimension to the game, however although the cockpit is in 3D the rest of the universe doesn't appear to be, including ships, space stations etc.
Having recently watched the Imax Hubble 3D movie it's clear that the 3D effects could be sensational.
I'm aware that the game is in the experimental stages of 3D, but wondered what the roll out for development might be - clearly 3D is important for implementation with Occulus Rift.
I couldn't find a thread on this elsewhere so I apologise if we've been through this before.
Peace - Naz
