Therefore I propse, and maybe someone at Frontier would confirm this,
Ship-88 is a Viper Mk II
Looks the same to me
Bloody good vid, and will hopefully put some of the more unsure individual's fears to rest about how its coming along. Couple of things i noticed...
1) Looks like they're using controllers, rather than mouse/kb/joystick. Maybe this is easiest for development or maybe it'll be included in the final game. Also, i don't own an xbox, but they look like xbox controllers to me

2) A minimum of 8 missle pylons on the ship being piloted at the start of the vid... nice!
3) Looks like the ships all have pulse lasers, but with varying firing rates. This could be how the variants of pulse lasers will work, a 5MW requiring more power and therefore slower firing rate than a 1MW. Or perhaps on the other hand, its down to the power/size of the ship in which they're fitted (larger ship = more power = faster firing rate)
4) As mentioned by Kipper, "people on the Anacondas". Could this mean multiple players on one ship, the AI crew you've hired for your ship, or simply a little artisic license on DB's behalf to mean the pilot (player) of the Anaconda firing at will with the assortment of weapons on board (as with ship turrets in FE2/FFE)
5) Looks like the larger vessels have shields, which is to be expected, but they appeared to vary in colour (starting with blue, then red). Perhaps this is a visual indication of their current strength. If they take a pounding from enemy attack they loose power and turn red to indicate imminent failure
6) Last but not least... a nice nod by DB to deusx - Deus World
