i have routes that net between 2500 - 2800 Credits, 1 Jump always, with stations not further than 100 Ls from the Sun

I'm starting to lean towards actually learning how trading works instead of relying on tools, so pray tell - which commodities are you trading and between which economies? And population sizes? Any other tell tale signs I should be looking out for when venturing into the void to find my own route?

Ahm.. when i'm reading that correct.. you are only selling one way, and the way back your cargo is empty? And.. 1000 Credits Profit, thats really bad, i have routes that net between 2500 - 2800 Credits, 1 Jump always, with stations not further than 100 Ls from the Sun

What starsystem/route is this? Ive never seen profits over 1400/tn.

I tell you one "secret"... move away from the usual dense areas ( Lave / Sol ) were everyone and their mother trades and every route collapses after 1 day latest. My current route is just 1 13Ly jump from each other and nets me 1530/t one way and 1310/t back. On those "tools" you will only find the overfarmed routes that atleast are 20-30 Ly away from each other and net you 2200/t at best.

that's only a one way trade, find me a 3 way that does better than my current 2300 cr per tonne round trip and i might be interested, it takes about 20 minutes and i can carry 212 tonnes in my type 7 so in an hour i make 487600 per trip or 1460000 credits per hour after paying for fuel.

I HAVE A 3 WAY THAT DOES......3.2K 2 STATION SAME SECTOR AS WELL .... not bad hey?
