4 Sextantis permit mission location? (I know it is unobtainable)

Does anyone know where the 4 sextantis permit mission was being issued? I know it is unobtainable but according to the fandom wiki it says you can view the mission, it just doesn't actually give you the permit. I know that factions will usually issue a permit at a certain station or megaship, not just at any station that they are located. I've looked at some of the systems near 4 sextantis but haven't seen where they offer the permit mission.

It shows that there are 19 starpots they are present in so I'll check those out.
Here are the distances from 4 Sextantis for the systems the starports are in, I'm only showing those within 20 Ly:

• HIP 48165 (Apgar Platform): 10.23 Ly
• Batar(Budarin Camp): 19.86 Ly
• HIP 48025(Shriver Installation and Kendrick Hangar): 11.34 Ly
• Raiju(Hawley Prospect): 17.00 Ly
• Zagotock(Higginbotham Gateway): 15.57 Ly

Edit 2: I visited all these stations before achieving allied reputation and did not see the permit mission. It seems this statement in the Permit Locks and how to get them thread is no longer true, but there is a line in there that says if the faction is in war the permit mission will not show. Is this only for the system the conflict is in or for all systems the faction is in? The conflicts are in none of these systems so I assume that I would be able to see the permit mission. I'm just going to assume that Fdev must of completely removed this after they replied that the permit is unattainable.

If you follow the links in this thread Permit Locks and how to get them. It was being issued by 4 Sextantis Inc, so have a look around 4 Sextantis where that faction is present. The range for permit missions is around 20LY.

Will they only offer it in systems they control or just present in?

Just present.

The easy method is selling 20-25M in explo data in a station controlled by them, this work in the past for everyone except Luyten 347-14 Prison Colony that lack a station, the only that took some work doing missions. Now with the Gatekeeper megaship (that prevent isolating a faction inside a permit locked system), everybody own at least 1 universal Cartographic that can't lose.
