General / Off-Topic 41 "Ironman" in 41 days : a superhuman feat

10 Ironman, in ten days, as the Irishman Gerry Duffy, winner of the first Enduroman Ultra Triathlon 2011 is unusual. So what words to describe what has just made Ludovic Chorgnon in Loir et Cher (41) in France ? One "Ironman" alone contains 3.8 km swim, 180 km bike and a marathon (156 km of swim, 7400 kilometers of bike and 1730 kilometers on foot, without any rest day, in totality). He spent 8000-9000 calories per day. From 5 hours to midnight, he ate, starchy foods, rice, polenta, potatoes, salmon, black pudding, liver, veal, white meat, egg omelette. Aware of the suspicion which surrounds this feat Ludovic Chorgnon asked to be subjected to doping controls. Warning ! he will be a formidable commander in the "Ironman" mode of ED !
