I don't even have any smuggling missions or illegal cargo, but every time I pop into supercruise I get the same police viper intedicting me, oh and lucky me, it's an insta lose 4/5 times (not something unusual given the slowness in the server tonight).

I do a lot of smuggling, and I'm all for having a rap sheet for previous scans and fines and being a suspect, drawing the occasional pullover, but this is just....oppressive. Yeah, I can relog or high wake and get a new "spawn", but that's a solution that's worse than the problem.

I'd like to say this is the first time I've run into this problem, but it isn't. Bonus, this helpful officer was kind enough to appear right in front of me as I finally did come into the station, he gave me a good enough delay to wait, look around and then decide he wasn't gonna do what he was gonna do before I hit boost...:):):):):):):).

I kind of see your point but here in everyday life known criminals are "harassed" by the Police, that's their job.

Just out of interest have you tried a "Sidewinder Suicide" to see if this resolves the problem while you tread the straight and narrow?

If I were wanted in anywhere near the system I'm in, sure, but I smuggle 150Ly away from where I live. Like I said, occasional, sure. Literally every 30 seconds, nope.

Also, no suicidewinder for me.

Actually from what i see ppl realy don't understand how to evade interdiction. They think "i need to just stick the blue circle in the second circle and that is it. But actually not it is not. To evade you have to NOT ONLY put the one blue circle but also you have to SHAKE your enemy with a roll to left, roll to rigth and any else good maneuvre then you can manage to do it and stay in circle. Just try it. You will see. It's work like that from 1.4.

If you do nothing to evade the interdictor they will follow you back into supercruise just like a real player would.

Kill them, evade them, hyperspace or do another of the things to stop repeat interdictions.

Submitting & running generally means repeat interdictions.
