Hardware & Technical $500 Pedals! A thing of beauty!

i envy the people with incomes where they can throw down $500 to $1000 on flight sim gear. Anyone who fits that description want to be my new room-mate?

I have some MFGs on pre-order, but I'm starting to have second thoughts. The MFG crosswinds are stunning. But due to the long wait time to get a set, I decided to get the plasticy pOs Saiteck combat pro pedals. They get the job done for 150.00. Not sure if paying 350.00 dollars more will make a noticeable difference.

I know there are at least a few other folks on the forums here that have Slaw BF-109s or MFG Crosswinds, so I'm definitely not the craziest person out there!

Although OP's link points to page 2 of the article—remove the "/2" from the end of the URL for the first page :)

It will make a noticeable difference since the Crosswind sensors are so much better than then ones Saitek uses. You probably won't notice it in Elite Dangerous but nobody in their right mind would probably buy Crosswinds just to play that. I bought mine because I spend a lot of time playing Digital Combat Simulator and they where definatly worth the 5 month wait. You have to bear in mind that MFG is a small company in Croatia that hand build these things. The MFG Crosswind pedals make a good match to my TM HOTAS Warthog.
