Hardware & Technical 650 GTX OC guide?

I'll hold my hands up and admit when it comes to graphics cards, I'm a bit of a newbie.

I would like to OC my 650 GTX but it's something I've never done. I just loaded GPU tweak and looking at the clock speed and voltages I am totally clueless and I don't want to mess around with it in case I cause damage so.

Can anyone tell me a safe way to OC my gpu? Thanks
