... still competent!

I hit competent at 221 kills mostly from nav beacons without a KWS. Since then I've mostly been RES farming with a KWS, sometimes in a wing. I've got 682 bounties and 13 war zone kills making 695 and I'm still competent.

I thought we were fairly sure it was roughly double the kills for each rating increase - I trebled.

So I'm confused but still enjoying killing anacondas, dropships and clippers. Never yet seen a wanted asp at a RES though...

If you want to know how many kills you need for elite. This is a simple way to work it.

At about 10,500 kills you will be Elite.

I'm currently on 15,000+ and happy.

That's odd, I'm not sure I have that many kills (maybe less than 1k) but all I do is RES BH and I'm master already.

Edit: How do I check kills?

Congrats OP. Master to Dangerous was agonizingly slow for me, I understand.
