That one was a CG reward end of last year and hasn't been made available yet again.
A bunch of people were talking on redit last feb or march saying it was there again but i havent seen any way to get it since.
It was a CG reward, i think for the Colonia Bridge CG. There were two CGs were you could get them. Since then, like Numa said, there is no way to obtain them.

I have absolutely no interest in the combat component of the game. Moreover, I'm not interested in fighting insects.U14, which happened yesterday, disappointed me. There are no new ships, no new modules, materials in live and legacy modes are out of sync, and technological progress has stopped in the 34th century. I am very sad that there is no way to get a FSD 6A with a double modification and an increased range for my Anaconda. FSD 5A can be purchased from any technobroker, but FSD 6A is NOT!

You are messing things up.
The 5A FSD is good enough to give my AspX a jump range close to 80 ly. Use one of those, if you are in a hurry. You are not. There are plenty of things to explore even inside the Bub.
Personally, I don't kill thargoids, being of somewhat alien descent myself, but U14 has plenty of new things to do, even without pulling out the guns. Go and rescue humans, help the thargoids against humans (humans were the aggressor), find out what's inside the Maelstrom, and so on.
In some cases, these additional 7 ly will allow you to visit a previously inaccessible star system.
There's comfort in knowing that one or two jumps with my carrier get me out of the warzone.
The FSD 5A is incapable of surpassing the Anaconda in jump range. Additionally, my favorite research ship is the Anaconda. Not ASP and not Krait Phantom.

I think that on Mamba you will not reach the star system HD 111013. And even on the ASP. Sagittarius A is not a problem for any ship, it's just a matter of flight time.
