750 merits after week 4 thing - I still don't get it.

So, right now I'm 3 weeks, 5 days pledged.
I have 750 merits.
Am I good to be able to buy the stuff on Thursday after the tick, or will I drop to 375 on Monday and have to earn more before Thursday?

You're good. Your 750 merits are calculated on thursday only, as long as you're over 4 weeks on thursday (and you will be) then everything's fine.

I would get to the 4-weeks pledged on Saturday next week. If I earn merits this week, will I be able to buy the module then or the week after?

Next week. It's pretty simple. 4 weeks, 750 merits - you fail the 1st this week.

Just want to clarify this.

Number of weeks is counted from the day you pledge allegiance - nothing to do with weekly tick.
Rating 3 is triggered when you have 750 merits before the Thu tick.

So I can get them on Saturday then if I get the merits before Thursday, thanks.

Remember when Thu ticks, you lose half of your merits. So you need to top merits to 750 after Thu tick.
