Heads up that Elite: Dangerous, Horizons season pass & Deluxe Editions are all currently reduced by 76% in Frontier's store and on Steam.

That's £4.80 for ED / Horizons or £9.60 for the Deluxe edition.

Offer ends on Steam in around 33 1/2 hours at time of posting.

Yes, at that price I bought a second licence (deluxe edition) last week and I started a new career. I do not regret that!

you still wont find anyone in open play. Its too fragmented.

Lots of high quality free to lplay. Kids are doing fortnite etc. Allowing for large private groups like morbius was a mistake

Any steps anywhere, to load up & run the 2nd account, without wiping my 1st account.....last thing I want to do is lose my 53wks on the 1st account....a bit nervous to load up the 2nd account.

Just need a second email address.
Both careers/saves are totally and completely separate.
No chance for a screw up.

And I believe I've read before that you can manually copy the launcher.exe to a different name, e.g. "EDLaunch 2.exe" and run it to be able to log in with a different email address and then share the same settings & installation files as your original commander? (you can't run 2 launchers at the same time though)

Maybe someone can confirm before gooddoc tries?

always helpful if you have an own Exchange server with unlimited mail addresses

That is what I did and it's working just fine. I was contemplating a second account for quite some time, but at those prices I pulled the trigger last week.
