you know it is a bit strange maybe... I overclocked my cpu at one point but there really was no noticeable difference only more heat

I got immediate and different results when I tried overclocking mine.

For starters, windows took seven hours to load, instead of the usual fourteen seconds.
Then it bluescreened.

Well the increased heat is similar.

Yes, it was a custom built rig, and hand picked chip. I used to build my own rigs, my last rig was an I52600K running at 4.9ghz on air. not a big fan of water cooling tbh.
