I Need this FSD for my T10. But: the 7A is only for large ships. And there is no other place at Colonia to buy a 7A FSD. How do I get there and buy one?

Colonia always had limited outfitting but as the T10 and the Cutter are the only ships that fit a class 7 FSD and they're both large this has to be a bug so you need to file a report.
In the short term Jacques station or Whirling stock a 7B that'll drop jump range about 5-6 LY compared to the 7A but if you have a Guardian FSD booster unlocked you can add up to 10.5 LY by fitting a 5H

I won´t use longrange up here anyway. It is a matter of danger. I use fastboot instead. (got it at Whirling, thx)

You can only see this because 3Rd party apps are accessing 'background' data that you can't see in game.
A good example would be 8A Frameshift Drives, available from several medium pad outposts.

I'm planning my trip to Colonia. Is there a place out their to buy unlocked Guardian modules, or do i have to ship them out from the bubble?
I think there's maybe one at Jacques Station?

You can even get the Guardian Fighters. But only (as far as I know) at Jaques.
I don't know it is a bug or not, but Some 7A~8A Modules... I never have seen in Colonia area. Modules and SCB Engineer, those are why I did 3 times round trip bubble-colonia, few months ago.
