87745 cr bounty in League of G 166-21 .... Erm now what???

As the title suggest I have 87K cr in bounty to redeem from "League of G 166-21" and now the hard part : I'm in G166-21 which is an inhabited anarchy system , the bounties were completed in G166-21 but the "League" faction is a minor one with 7% influence and doesn't own (rule) any station/outpost in system. Where am I supposed to cash those bounties. I've already tried to find a "League" station in other systems but that's like looking for the proverbial needle (maybe I'm doing it wrong?).

Any tips, advices or similar experiences?

BTW FD How about giving us the ability to cash in all bounties through the "Pilots Federation" at a 20% penalty rate ?!?

I don't understand how this got through the beta testing process.

We suspect this is related to the changes to the galactic seed and the change to bounties being issued by local factions...changes that were not in the beta, so no way to test them.
