8A power plants cheap

Yeah excuse me for my math... But just giving everyone a heads up... buying an 8A power mod for a Cutter can be a pain in the $$

I believe this a permanent change due to the fact that Fdev messed up the pricing of some Guardian tech.

It was the only station i found that price at. I was on my way back from Todd "The blaster" and stopped for fuel on the way home. All other 8A mods are at the same 162mill price there

OP bought the last one. What the station shop didn't tell him is that it has no warranty, Old Bob who got sacked for negligent homicide in an unfortunate railgun 'incident' did the 'repairs' on it and there's a chance it's actually a 7E powerplant with a botched up serial number.

My corvette's powerplant is worth a whopping 4.5mil on the secondhand market because of that incident.

To be pedantic, no. You didn't.

You sold your original PP for the price you bought it for and then replaced it with one that cost less.

If you're now thinking of flying elsewhere and selling this PP for a profit, don't bother.
When you come to sell this one, you'll only get the lower price for it.

Can confirm, other power plants are now cheaper too. You can get even more benefit if you exchange them in discount systems.

I just checked and I could (won't do though cos engineering mods) sell the current 8A to buy a new one and make 43m cr. Doesn't seem right somehow.

No its been that way for a long time now, ever since they adjusted the price of Guardian Power plants the first time.
