The news article on Steam for the Zookeepers Pack says "Over 95 scenery pieces" and the Store page says "95+ Scenery Pieces". When I filter down the Construction menu to show only the new pack, I have 94 total items and 5 of them are Blueprints made from the other 89 actual number of items. What do you all get?

Are you including things like bins and benches? Those aren't found in the construction tab.
