Horizons 96.4% of all my interdictions were Elite..OMG

well I kept a fine tally the last week or so. 96.4% of all my interdictions were by Elite level NPC ships. most of which I was unable to even dint their shields, despite having rank 3 upgrades on my ships, and was able to at least maneuver well enough to hit them lots. IM guessing this is a bug as there are simply not that many Boba Fete's in the galaxy with your name on their dash with an SOS order. this last Elite diamond back scout was the last straw. 15 interdictions in a row in 1000ls, each time I submot and run, re jump as soon as my fsd is ready. each time within 5s he appears and starts the interdiction (a few times from in front of me). I thought his FSD drive required more time to cool down when you submit...did they stop that for some reason or is boba fete cheating?
2. last time I tried to fight I boost at 434 with my asp..figured I could run at least. 420 shields. upgraded guns. very agile ship. mr Fete seemed to have an unlimited number of SCB shots from his SCB that I could not see as as a sub component when I scanned him. he hit 12 scb shots, each one pulling his shields to max..not that I got them down that far mind you. he had more than 12 chaff, despite me seeing only a single chaff unit. I exhausted my chaff, used a lot of my anti missle, and 60% of my armor to get his shields down and slightly hurt his hull. my window cracked so I had to jump..guess what.....

3. he re spawns infront of me again AT FULL FRESH POWER ALL HEALED UP..and interdicts me again...I ran jump out of system and abandoned mission..screw that.

SO FD, you need to ..

1. stop having ELITE interdictions all the time... maybe 5% Elite cause not everyone is BOBA FETE you know.
2. make them subject to the same ware and tear we get.
3. no more constant 15 interdictions, if I submit then run they should have to wait for a cool down, giving you a chance to pull away.

Sincerely: Very Annoyed

- Slight rebalance of the ambient AI rank chances, should see slightly less of the top end and more of the low/mid range

But yet according to the 2.01.02 patch notes you should see less of the top end. But it does say ambient so they probably reduce the ambient but increased the interdiction AI rank chances to be Elite. Go figure...

Join the club, this is how it works now. If you high-wake out (jump to another system) it does break the chain, although you can then wind up with another one when you jump back in. But mostly you don't. I never bother to low-wake any more, it's just too much hassle, and since they heal up in between and don't follow any normal rules of travel...well...why bother? Just jump out to another system, and come back, twice if needed but usually once will do it. Until they fix it, that's all you can do. And they might not fix it.
