A bit of advice?

I have been struggling with inspiration lately in planet zoo, I have been building habitats and then hating them and deleting them.
Does anyone have advice?

This may surprise you, but sometimes what helps me to play PZ is by not playing it.

I'll play something else, like say Minecraft or Super Smash Bros Ultimate, when outta the blue I get some crazy idea, so I finish what I'm doing them I go into Planet Zoo.

Other times I'm working for a client when I see something, like say their flower arrangement or the architecture of their home, and that gives me inspiration for a build.

Another thing I do is I ask my friends what animal and/or building they want me to do next and I start from there

Ok, well hmm.
What about YouTube videos? Sometimes they can give ideas.

Or maybe building a zoo based off of a feature? Like, say an all diving animals zoo.
Or one with special VIP areas for the new guided tours feature?

Also, I'm a storyteller, and sometimes I like to add a bit of lore into my creations, so you could write some kind of a story into your zoo. Maybe it's an old old zoo with tons of history.
Or it was a roadside zoo with poorly designed enclosures, and you just obtained it and have to make it a 5-star sensation

You could try something with Bristol zoo.

I was in England over Chistmas and we drove past the old Zoo site one day.
The sign says "We are now closed. Thank you for your support and visits over the last 186 years."

186 years. WOW.

The New site is at the top of the hill where my father lives, so I've driven past that a few times as well, this past week. :D

There has to be a story in there somewhere that you could pick a theme or two from.

I'm planning on some foliage on the hill with a giant panda habitat on the side the path goes with a VIP guided tour viewing area, this tower will be the entrance for a bit but it wont stay as it

Zoo naming, I'm not good at. Although, maybe name it after somebody in your life?

I've named some buildings in my zoos after a special friend of mine.

You could also name it after the environment?

Like, if it's a temperate zoo, maybe call it the Woodlands Wild Park?
