I purchased a refinery which took up all of my cargo space in my Sidewinder, so I sold it back. This left me with zero cargo space. So I purchased a cargo rack which now gives me 2T. I cannot buy anymore so I'm now stuck with 2T of cargo space 
Anyway, I then did a mission that needed me to deliver 2t of fish to somewhere. I failed and got fined. The cargo is now flagged as Stolen and I cannot sell it. Do I jettison it in space?
I want to have a go a mining, but cannot buy a refiner because I cannot sell or get rid of the cargo rack. I'm guessing it's because I've still got the fish in there.
How do I get my cargo space back up to 4T as it was as default? Getting in a right mess here.
