I'm exploring out in the wredguia sector atm and my advanced scanner en detailed scanner keep failing.
Dont see any problems on the modulles, both are ad 99%.

lots of similar reports springing up at the moment. think the server hamsters have gone on strike
Same here am exploring about 600 lys from the nearest station and my scanners are failing to work properly (DSS &ADS). It can take 6+ attempts for a scan to actually work, recorded one and it took 3 minutes to get the scan to work! Also my scanners are 100% and 95% so that isn't it! Just buggy tonight I think or maybe too far away from the systems with information already generated?

Yeah, there's about twelve threads about this so far. Maybe when we reach twenty they'll notice!
Seems to be within the last hour or so. Stepped away about that long ago, come back, and can't scan anything. It's nothing with my modules, or RL computer. I'd guess, based on the number of posts about this issue, and many many others, that it is a server wide issue. Sounds like they need to restart them. I just hope they don't wait the 7-ish hours for the normal down time.
As someone who habitually scans every single object he can, this is a nightmare.
Also, I've been staring at this gas giant which CLEARLY has life on it for about 10 minutes now.
