A call for patience

You apologists start to annoy me.
What is the purpose of this?
Why do you feel you have to exculpate on FDEVs behalf?
Who are you to tell me to be patient about a product that completely disappointed me (not during closed beta, but now).

On each newsletter and many threads in my mind many are starting to sound a bit impatient.
Oh, I wonder why...
Maaaaaybe because Elite was released more than half a year ago and still is, according to quite a few voices on this board in beta state with lots of semi-broken features, while the road chosen by FDEV makes many say "it gets worse"?
So perhaps let's think a little that FD need to focus on several audiences and platforms and so let's just be rather more patient and less negative with the comments.
Excuse you!?
I gave them my money to deliver a good game. They failed to adjust the game during closed and open beta. 'Patience time' is long over!
Also, bringing this to crapbox 360 was THEIR decision, as a PC player I suffer from this crap now, but sure, "be patient".

The game will get there for all the audiences, but it will take a few more years.
Oh, Ok? All jolly then!
I just wait a few years to get the game I payed for that was actually already released but hey, screw offline mode and the rest, maybe baby it get's good in "a few years".

But even now the game is great.
Maybe in your opinion, based on whatever. Maybe you like dull repetitive features and game play, I don't.
No, Elite is not a great game for me.

Heh, hot topic is hot, gonna keep my paws away from this thread so I don't accidentally spill gasoline on it... which I often do... by accident.

On topic, the frustration is understandable coming from the community. While the effort put froth trying to decrease the temperature is commendable, it tends to achieve the opposite of its intended effect.
