To: All Active Imperial Navy Commanders
Subject: Trade Embargo of Durius
Greetings Commanders!
I offer a contract to all active Imperial Navy Members. We must stop all trade occurring with Durius. This system has taken defaulted on its loan and must repay it. Sadly due to the lacking credit balance by the system's governing faction, we must take back what is ours by force. We have already sent ships to start occupying the system; however, there appears to be somebody buying weapons for an exorbitant amount of credits. I ask any capable ships to interdict, scan, ships in the system and check for any commodities entering the system, especially battle weapons. Please avoid destroying the trade ships, unless they do not forfeit their cargo and attempt to finish their trade run. The exception is if the ship is carrying Battle Weapons. This will mark them as an active supporter of the local military forces, destroy these ships. You may earn a bounty and a poor reputation with the locals, but this will help ensure our victory against the Durius people.
