A capital ship spotted at Rana

Hi all

I was out trading* yesterday and got a quick trade run to the system called Rana, about 30ly from Sol. no biggie I thought, but got close to the delivery station and spotted a capital ship in orbit around the water world there
Needless to say (and a feeling it may have been impie) completed the mission, and went for a look.

Nope, a federal navy ship with several smaller ships coming and going, looking all the world as it had stopped and was taking on supplies..

Anyone else spotting these things unexpectedly where you would'nt think the federal navy would be (or the impie navy for that matter)

Edit: When you say 'water world', I assume you're referring to the Earth-like (Rana 1), as there are no water worlds in the system. In any case, the capital ship does not appear on my nav list, so it must have departed.
