Community Event / Creation A Case for Kahina

Upfront, I will say that I am supporting Salomé on 429. Bias being pointed out, I would like to put a parasite of doubt in the ears of those that have her on the KOS list:
Do not make her a martyr.

If you're in for the paltry bounty, there are plenty better combat-centric alternatives, and much more profitable.

If you're in for executing a terrorist, then those who follow will be ten times the malevolent extremist that Salomé was, and the Galaxy will cycle further into chaos .

If you're in for griefing, well... then the explicit self-gratification involved is really the only pure motive with only positive consequences, so my hat is off to you.

I am in it for the truth to be revealed, more expediently, albeit what truth and whose truth will ultimately only be a single fabric in the spacetime of the Galactic Lore. Salomé has something to contribute, and it will either come out when she lives, or come out when she derezzes in a cloud of vapor.

There will be chances after the event on 29-4 for justice against Kahina; I implore you to take caution in your vehement stance of striking at monsters on the words of a few slanted sources. The monster of martyrdom may be a rebuy that the Galaxy won't be able to cover.

Me too. Pity she's more interested in attention seeking than communicating. How long has she been around? In all that time she never had a single opportunity to contact any of the 940234263e14 factions and independent CMDRs around? Yeah right.

She deserves to be vaporised. To send a message to people that actually have something important to reveal in the future: Stop attracting attention and start talking!

In truth, I am a bit confused as to the goals of CoR. As Salomé is their "leader", could she pose a risk to their group as well, and might not she become a target for elements within that organization to martyr her to their own ends? CMDRs are, after all, only human. Who knows what ideals might lurk in pockets of their rank and file?

In Character:

I do not trust this person who claims to be Senator Kahina Loren. Her actions since the Prism affair have not been entirely rational. First she throws over a position of power and influence to become little more than a rootless vagabond. Then she stages her disappearance before reappearing as the self proclaimed leader of what I can only describe as a terrorist organisation. I do not know what happened to her in the time following her disappearance but she has clearly become unhinged (assuming she wasn't following the events at Prism), in fact her recent actions and motivations are so radically different to those previously observed during that affair that I am not convinced that Salome and Kahina and one and the same person.

As for the information she claims to possess, there seems to me to be many better ways to disseminate it than she has currently been attempting, much better to reveal the information and let others decide the truth and investigate for themselves rather than engaging in criminal activity. If the information was disseminated widely enough it would be impossible to cover up. Instead she and her organisation seem to have begun some idealistic crusade that threatens to upset the current balance of power. Again this does not come across to me as the actions of a rational human being, and we are supposed to trust her that we need to know this information? No, based on the criminal actions of her organisation it seems much more likely that this information was concealed for good reason, assuming there was anything to conceal in the first place.

Sadly, this individual comes across increasingly as a rabid dog that needs to be put down.
