General A Common Ground Between the Gankers and Gankee's: The Security Diaspora & More Radical C&P (High Sec Meaning High Sec, Low Sec Meaning Low Sec)

My proposition for security percentages in the bubble: 5% or less High Security 30% Medium Security 40% Low Sec 25% Anarchy. A select few systems that are available to newbies (Newbie Zone, Important Superpower places, Deciat and some other Engineers but not some like Dweller) will be high security.

Security Interdictions and size should scale much more based on the type. (High Security Interdictions should be much harder to break out of, while also being more common, almost like if a player interdicted you, while medium and low security stay almost the same with some very minor increases in interdiction strength.)

High security systems having a couple of large ships, medium ships, and a small wing of fast smaller ships (so the person cannot run) arriving in 15 seconds, with Engineered ATR reinforcements coming in 50 seconds after the first wave are killed. High Bounty (100,000 CR) players are sometimes interdicted and attacked.

Medium security should be medium and small ships, with the first wave arriving in 20 seconds and heavy reinforcements coming 1 minute after the first wave of cops are killed. Players with a High Bounty (100,000) are interdicted somewhat rarely and attacked.

and Low security should be a small wing of unengineered small ships that can be fought off, with slightly more reinforcements only arriving after 5 minutes, and then never again.

Anarchy will work the same, or maybe just random ships of varying size and ability to have a very very low chance to jump in to attack or even help you if you have crimes on.

This way, if you get ganked in a high security system, you have a much higher chance of living, but if you do it in a low security system or lower, you have a much higher chance of death. This would add much more severity to hopping into a lower security system. You would still be able to gank, but if you stayed in the high security system for long enough, you get blown up by cops.

In order to ensure that most players would not just stay in high security, maybe increase the demand of certain items in a low security system, therefore making the decision to jump into a low sec a daring choice.
