A Few Questions Please

Howdy ;-)

Ive done some searches and gotten conflicting and/or ambigious responses on a few topics, so I thought I would ask a few basic questions here. I LOVED RCT3, in spite of the all the bugs, so pumped about this game!

#1- Does and/or will this game have a sandbox mode for those of us that just want to create vs running the sim?

#2- Ive read some conflicting feedback about what level rig a person needs to run this game. Can a basic gaming PC, not high end, not low end, run this game without issues (other than normal Alpha stage stuff).

#3- Will your parks/creations carryover when the game goes live?

I appreciate your time!

Hey AustinJedi,

1. Planet Coaster will likely have a sandbox mode, as it currently is a kind of sandbox game (without scenarios), but the exact form of this sandbox has not yet been revealed.

2. Planet Coaster will run on a computer that meets the minimum specs as listed on this page. A computer with slightly lower specs will be able to run Planet Coaster as well, but likely with lower frame rates. You get the best experience if your computer meets or exceeds the minimum specs (which can change during development).

3. Your saved parks will carry over to updates of the game. However, some things might change a little because of updated game mechanics, which in turn may needs a little tweaking from your side.

Thanks for using the forums! [happy]

I am running it on an I3 2.4 with a gTx 580. At current alpha my latest park has 5 coasters and most of the rides placed, I am upto 4500 guests and it is now slowed down but is still playable.
