Been messing in 2.3 for about an hour. It's awesome. Well done!
But i have a few tweaks I'd like to suggest.
First, the HoloMe button. IMHO, it should be below the Engineerers button, not above, as we're more likely to access the Engineerers than HoloMe. (Once the HoloMe craze has settled!)
Secondly, SLF orders, we need a new one, that's a bit like a cross between "formation" and "attack my target".
So all the SLF piloted will do, is attack your targets, or follow you if there is none, and retaliate if fired upon. Once a target is destroyed, it'll come back. It won't defend the mothership, only itself.
We could also do with the AI knowing when it's time to run for it, to recover. They're not particularly good at conservation. Lol
Defend seems to send them off on a mission, which in CZs, results in them ending up miles away, trying to take on everything that shoots at the mothership or them. It's not very useful. Lol
