Assuming you've been running it fine until now.
From the sounds of it, something is blocking the internet access. I really need to know which Firewall you use, and which anti-virus and any other security software.
On the first panel, where it says START on the bottom Left hand, above that is an Options. Click that and ask it to Validate the Game Files. I'm pretty sure, either they will be fine or you won't get anything because your net access is blocked.
Next click support and see if you can access your browser and make sure it connects to Frontier. You could also do the same with Store. These will probably work. But best to check.
