Shame you can't block names - giving that idiot 'airtime' is exactly what he, and his wonderful bunch of acquaintances want.

Anyway, prepare for the usual 'You're in Open, deal with it', 'Git gud', 'playing within game rules' and 'don't like it, play in Solo or Carebear mode'.

Taking people out at bases is pretty low stuff. I know. MOAR SPEED LIMITZ!!!!

Though, said CMDR in the video at the end should be well enough known by now that one simply wouldn't launch were he around, unless you have a very fast ship.

Git gud or not, that is still a huge time ™ act.

Legal within the game or not, people like that, who stomp on vastly weaker opponents for no reason, are why so many avoid open play. It's just stupid.

Props to you OP for your good attitude about it.

A surely the " Badguy" would have taken you out 1st being the easier kill.

Naming and shaming is against the forum rules.

Hercules has had multiple forum posts removed in the past for doing this, so should know better...

Even in Private Groups or Solo, a proper crime/punishment system is an absolute must.....with a nice little Karma/Reputation system thrown in, so that you can never 100% escape your past ;).

The moderators may disagree with me, but this doesn't seem to be naming and shaming. The OP isn't complaining or calling them griefers. If this counts, a certain pair of ... people(?) could never have a video of them posted in the forums.

Now, there is a legitimate argument to be had about the utility of publicizing their antics. Still, I appreciated the video. I think I'll wait a bit before finally getting past Deadly. :)

Happens in all games. Take comfort in the fact they would most likely log/run/lose horribly in an actual fight :).

That wizard is boring. I used to see him as a challenge to overcome. But one day I bumped into him when he was gathering mats, he waved his magic wand and *POOF* disappear. It kinda became pointless. If you have stuff to do, just go to solo, dock, go back to open. If you're lucky he'll yell some childish stuff at you. :)
