I don't know if maybe it is just my time zone, or if it is really just empty. I jumped to Frigaha, lhs 3447 and a few other places. I saw maybe two players in that entire time in open. Are there people playing anymore, or did everyone go to mobius?

About 1.5% of all people are in Mobius. Stop trolling.
I was thinking the same thing, had been sitting in FK5 2550 for some time never seeing anyone, recently headed to Lembava to do the community goal and started seeing CMDR's even had someone spooked when he FTL'ed to a system a few seconds before I did the same when I popped into the new system he appeared to scoot away very quickly.

I keep getting the adjudication error message when I first start up the game regardless of which mode I choose. Always goes through on the second attempt.
I actually started playing solo more because mobius often gets too crowded in the more popular systems and I don't like chatting so waiting to dock isn't fun. There are only about 10,000 members in that group. So probably only a fraction of a %. Unless FD tweaked the server code to reduce traffic around popular systems it's probably just a temporary glitch. Check out the station traffic report if it's still there in 1.3x. Might give you a clue.
