I do like those covers. Will FD mention the books within the game like advertising hoardings at stations etc or just within the about section of the game or maybe while it is being installed?

As far as I know, there's no official word as to how the books will be promoted - Frontier have simply promised they will, which is good enough for me.

Personally, I actually wouldn't want to see my book advertised within the game itself, even though that might cost a few sales. It could break the immersion and may do so for other players. Annoyed players don't buy books.

Me too, but Elite has always had a strong identity and visual style, so in some ways it isn't surprising there's this commonality that works.
