A great big thanks to FDEV for 1.3.08... Not..!

Monk, may I ask you a few quick questions?

* What are the mission objectives?
* What craft will I be flying?
* What opposition will there be?

(Your avatar has got the 'Mission Briefing Room' music going around and around in my head - it'll stay there for days!)

LOL...that music is somehow calming to me, perhaps I should listen to it before interviews...get me in the right state of mind to win

"You got the job, and when you had to walk really close to the water-cooler to get out of the boss's office, your accidental scan of it revealed that it was full of Rebel spies!"

"Secret mission objectives complete!"

To be clear, station data is still present in the data returned from the API. It's just Cmdr statistics that have been removed.

But since we can't post a bug report we'll never know whether this change is deliberate or accidental.

Oh...wierd...why would CMDR stats be taken out and not the trade data? It was always my belief that FD were opposed to applications hitting the API too often as calls to the database weren't optimized or some other.

Perhaps it was possible to brute force your way into getting CMDR data for CMDRs other than yourself. This would make tracking specific people a lot easier, now that I think of it....

STOP IT! My sides hurt!

This is why I always stuck around at the end of each mission, just flying around for an extra 15 minutes. There are a couple missions where a capital ship would appear long after the mission was complete. Wait a couple more minutes and your local star destoryer or outpost would launch a bomber squad...then you couuld join them in taking it down.

No I don't think that was possible unless you had the other Cmdr's login details.

There are websites like Inara where you can manually enter your stats and progress. Perhaps they want to discourage this sort of thing. Who knows?
