a guess of a possible countermeasure for Thargoid drones.

Trying to take a thargoid with an Icourier is no easy task (as I don't want to loose my corvette) the most deadly part about them is those drones with brilliant combat tactics that you almost want to stop to admire.

wondering, anyone think they are linked to a lead drone and the others mimic the algorithm? if this is the case could we not transmit a counter frequency to scramble the drones? this would allow for strikes on the main target without hassle.

basically a ECM with a frequency emitter should do the trick....be even more fun if they exploded once ECM is charged hehe.

If you have a ship launched fighter they are good at distracting the swarm, although my harmless pilot couldn't stay out long enough for my second bay to replace the last one at times.
