First mission, one jump, 4500 CR. And when taking mission I've discovered, that I have something in cargobay. Sold it for 1.500. So in first 10 minutes, 6.000 Cr. What disturbs me most is 3 interdictions in 4 jumps.

I want to buy an interdiction jammer !!!

I've barely been able to play for an hour and I've upgraded to a hauler, bigger cargo and currently 25k in the bank. It's honestly not that hard!

Just self-destruct for 1000 creds. It is the first thing I did starting the game.

ED stuck me in Iowa with nothing but farming. I am hating life. I have had zero missions I can do. I have been playing 30 mins I am up to 2500, but I finally got a mission to 3K. I started with a sidewinder and I don't understand why I did not get an Eagle from the Mercenary thing.

I have also had one major crash when the forums also crashed and I have had 3 minor crashes to the desktop. GAMMA is a nightmare so far for ED.

So basically you sent a ticket to complain about not having enough money, explaining to them that things are hard and that you are hating life. In the same ticket you also state having had crashes. But that seems only minor to the injustice of having to actually put in some effort to play the game.

Also, good for you, you found your Eagle. Go through the dark dismal tunnel and explore the galaxy. Maybe the journey will turn out to be an adventure on its own.

Moan moan moan, the pilot federation give a free Sidewinder and loan you enough kit to kit her out and all you can do is moan that they only gave you 100cr, there no pleasing some people.

I started as a pirate; 100 Cr and a 5000 Cr bounty. Jumped to the next system, picked up a couple canisters at a USS, jumped back, paid the bounty (now 7500) and still had 2000 Cr.
Plus an upgraded Cobra and clean record

Newsflash: In Elite, you always start with 100cr. This has been stated numerously. The only difference now is they have implemented it - to test it for release on the 16th December.

Back in the day, it was a major milestone just to get to a 1000crs.

This is so cool. I cant wait to get started. Im on an agricultural station called bose and from what you guys are saying, i have loads of unexpected ways of making money. Bring it on!!

I think some of us have been a tad spoiled previously. Time to man up guys and make this galaxy earn its living
