I've been to Vaka - hoping to find you and your many members to whom it is home. All I found was a lot of random commanders who had no clue what are they doing, so i informed them how wrong it is to expand there. Hereby I declare personal war to you and your people for being a 5th column in the Empire. You will be surprised how much hell can one resourceful commander bring. See you in the field.

Just because a system is called "home" doesn't mean people spend 100% of our time there. I guess it never occurred to you that they might be out expanding/fortifying/preparing other systems for ALD. That is also where your time would be better spent instead of sitting at someone's doorstep waiting for them to come home. That accomplishes nothing and is in fact quite creepy. I would also recommend acquiring more evidence than "they aren't home" before accusing a 5th column.
