A little confused with my FPS

Alright so there is an FPS improvement in Extended. I get 43-55 FPS in station on Ultra. I increased it by a whopping 3-8 FPS by switching to Low settings.

( I feel like my computer is broken when it comes to graphic settings. They seem to never help in games and more often seem to make my FPS worse.)

You'll get 75 in space if you get that hangered, so just get out there and don't worry about it.

If you haven't solved it by now
a single card should go above 120fps In most areas.
Remove your second card and start trouble solving with just a single card.
I believe some setting is limiting your frame rate
perhaps your monitor?
Install vrdesktop make sure that runs properly and disconnect your monitor entirely just for trouble solving of course.
