Newcomer / Intro A little work on the side ?

Hi,
I keep seeing missions on the BB like this one.
This one is called "A little work on the side"

It requires me to steal 3 canisters of Toxic Waste
But it also says, Goods must be stolen
and it says Goods must be prohibited at this port
and Activity is consider Illegal

If this is illegal, and the goods are prohibited at this port, How am I suppose to complete this mission, by bringing back goods that I cannot get into the port ?

I've seen quite a lot of other missions similar to this one, where I wouldn't be able to get the goods back to the port.

How are we suppose to do missions like this please ?

You have to "smuggle" them in. If uts at an outpost, you are golden as they rarely have the po po outside. If you are in controlled space at a station, I would be cautious as you have to be really sneaky to get in.
