Of how much of the galaxy has been explored in the game would be nice....or coordinates so I can map those out.....

Is this available or make-able? Anyone know?

No, it's not. If they told you which systems were unexplored there'd be no challenge in finding unexplored systems, would there?

You'll never get a list of what's undiscovered. If ya did, people would not explore for fun, they'd min/max on systems trying to find earth likes.

Gotchya. I just wanna know what direction and a rough estimate of distance I will need to go before I hit unexplored is all xD. I have a decent setup I think on my cobra mkIII. Also I have the advanced discovery scanner. Oh well XD loving the game anyways. Should add me :O
