Despite what you might expect from the title this is not a rage/whine topic. I was in PVP and i knew death was a possibility (Duh)...
Hopefully this message reaches the target audience, maybe even the one about whom was this particular case. So i was doing some trade runs in my Lakon Type 6, when i was "Pulled over" by an Asp pirate. His bounty was about 200k in that system which made me immediately wish i had my viper. After a 2-minute tug-of-war in the interdiction minigame (kudos to him, obviously experienced) he managed to pull me out of supercruise.
I was expecting a hail from him and was prepared to drop some of my cargo for him if he let me live. Instead he just opened fire without any kind of scan or hail. In the end he of course destroyed me.
This turned out to be a loss for both of us, since i lost all my cargo + insurance (1mil cca) and he got nothing out of the encounter except more bounty. so bottom line: Always speak first shoot later, cause things can be resolved peacefully.
For isn´t it said in an old chinese proverb:

Only once a mosquito lands on your balls will you realize, that things can be settled without violence.
