A minor request.

So I bought a cosmetic kit for my asp. It looks really good! The spoiler and wings definitely make it look less like a flying polygon.

However...

I was a bit disappointed when I noticed the little hologram of my ship on the dashboard hadn't changed at all. I'd like the hologram to reflect my livery add-ons.

Anyways, I'm well aware this isn't that important, but just thought I'd throw it out there, in case no one else has

Yes, it's a bit disappointing that our paid-for content isn't displayed throughout the game.

It is because the HUD on your right shows your actual hitbox and also where your ship gets hit in those moments.
Since these cosmetical kits are not meant to be game changing or giving you any disadvantages, they don't have a hitbox. If someone shoots at your kits, you can't take damage.

That's why the HUD on the right remains without shipkits, they just doesn't have an hitbox
