I think they're constructing an outpost on top of a building across from my workplace...

Yeah - doesn't help that it's just too far to take a decent camera-phone shot, the angled construction on the left is a metal and glass enclosure that I swear looks like a control tower...stop looking at me like that...it does...especially if I squint and turn myself just so...hey...what's wrong?
