I am curious if hired pilots rank up, and if they do, would they ask for more profit cut? Thank you.

Yes the cut does increase. If you hire the lower rank ones, and rank them up, they end up asking for a lower cut, than if you got a high ranked pilot from the start.

Mine is dangerous and she only asks 12% cut.

Another question is what they gain in piloting capabilities - specific - from dangerous to deadly then elite ?
