Powerplay A Question about power bonusses

My primary $ making preference is hunting pirates in RES'es. So I've read that 2 of the powers has bonus with bounty vouchers. Is that mean, If i pledge to Zachary Hudson for example and get to Rank 2, when i kill pirates in RES will i get more credits than without pledging?

if the effect is a "Control" effect it applies to everyone. If it's listed under a rank bonus then you have to be that rank to see it.

For instance Utopia,
50% increase in fines and bounties in control means bad guys are worth 50% more on avg than similar bad guys in non Utopian exploited or controlled systems.
This is seen by everyone but factored into the bounty already - so what you see is what you get.

Now being rank 5 means my bounty vouchers are doubled. This happens when i turn in. So while my transaction table says i have 10mil in bounties when I go to cash them in i'll have a list totalling 20mil.
