hi, i was attacked last night, and he had the word direct before his name, and he had green text, i asked why u got green text, he said coz he is an ally, then he shot me, and destroyed my ship, it seems to me the game is one sided, i'm only had a type-6 transporter, and he destroyed my ship with ease, and toying with me, i tried 2 times to get into FSD and 2 he took me out of FSD, how u supposed to make credits if ppl can destroy u so easily, will top grade shields will stop this attacks, if so how u supposed to earn money to pay for them, if u get shoot a loose 200k greds in cargo, we should be able to buy insurance for ur cargo that would help. plz could i have some tips for not getting destroyed, and i do use the evasive manouvers. thx

Bit low just to destroy people just for the sake of it but that's the 'downsides' to a multi-player open world game, everyone's free to play as they choose. As you're in a weak trading ship your best bet is to move to a quiet area of space and do your trading there.
Higher grade shields, shield boosters will help mitigate things long enough to high wake (jump to another system) and from there you can take some evasive actions and jump a couple more times to ensure they're off your tail.
Just think of it as a cost of trading, albeit a frustrating cost, the number of times you make successful runs far outweigh unsuccessful runs.

Sadly, it seems, the universe has as many bad people as this Planet.

But on the bright side, it's somehting new to learn.

I was having a problem with an ambusher myself on a particularly lucrative repeat run. I managed to avoid him by taking a triangular route. Once I reached the star, I took a 90 degree vector for about 1000 LS, then a long route toward the star, until I was level with it, but still about 300 LS above, (so to speak), then down to the star.

Not sure why this question is in this forum as it is E: D related, but you can always go into Mobius where PVP is not allowed outside of RES or Combat Zones.

I was killed three times in two hours one day in the same circumstances. Went to Mobius and no issues since. Great bunch of supportive players.
