If we get to keep all credits when ED goes "Full Release" does that mean everyone will start as a multi-millionaire?

As i understand it anyone who's bought the preview will get all creds transfered across, including cost of ships and modules/weapons so you just have to rebuy them after the update.

I'm in two minds about credits carrying over. On the one hand, it'll be cool to buy any ship, but on the other, it kinda takes all the fun out of the game...think that's why I keep clearing my save!
Each to their own as they say, but i'll be damned if I'm travelling around the vastness of space working my ass off and not being able to carry over my hard earned creds! its also worth pointing out the obvious...that some ships cost a serious amount of creds!

And that is great that you like that. Me? I think it's good they are doing this. Some have said its not fair to those who buy on release. Um why not? It's 30 right now, not a closed beta. So if I start playing wow today all them vets should be knocked back right? No... This is not a closed beta. It's a full release though in testing.
If you want to start from scratch awesome. I think the ppl that want a wipe don't have millions and are just cause some of us do. Why? Cause I've put more grind into it. I've EARNED every dime. I've learned how trading works lost ships learning how to kit my ship learning how to dock and how to fly correctly. Learning when to run. I'm sorry if I've earned this and I think it's pretty childish to want to wipe a persons hard work so you don't FEEL behind

I ment "maybe Ill be a multi-millionair" because I just buy and sell ship's so often my bank fall's untill I have to build it up again. I'd bet if I'd just saved the money and not been flip floping between ship's I'd be able to buy a Python(no upgrading though) at a discount station.
I think it's a good idea to let the beta testers keep their hard-earned (or stolen!) credits.
It'll be a nice little reward, and an incentive for those who have invested a lot of time already to keep playing come the full release.
Then, just watch the mad rush to 'discover' all those systems again...

I've started a log of places I've done 1st discoveries on. Will be nice to get paid twice.

I had a few but can't remember where as I couldn't scroll the list when I cashed in and I got the congrats message and bonuses so had to back out of the screen. I'm sure some were in already partially discovered systems too.
You'd think there would be a way to search on the 'discovered by' name on the galaxy map - purely for gloating purposes of course. I guess that renaming rights for discoveries went out of the suggestion box for obvious reasons.
