A quick word on Universal Cartographics

I landed at Dunker's Rest late last night and it's the first time I've been in a station since the day of release.

After a cup of Tea and some Biscuits at the bar the next thing on the to do list is to sell some data. I do really like the new Local Services menu, now the colours have been balanced it looks much better and the menus, like the Mission Board are really good. Then I noticed they had updated Universal Cartographics menu...

It works properly and makes sense!

Honestly I'm very pleasantly surprised. It tells you how many pages you have to sell and the details on individual systems are presented so much clearer than before. The option to go direct to the Galaxy map from a system details is a great addition. The bonus page is now a page, rather than a half transparent overlay that would often bug out, and the details on it are cleanly split into separate groups and as far as I can work out, correct too!

It may seem like a small thing to a lot of people, and insignificant to most, but for someone who has used the system a lot over the years and had to deal with all the frustrations and inaccuracies of it, it's a huge improvement. I just wanted to give it a bit of praise and thanks to the team for updating it.

Wow! Finally!
That's a change I'm actually looking forward to seeing in the Horizons back-port.
We can't really check exploration things properly in the Betas/Alphas and I hadn't seen it mentioned anywhere and so wasn't expecting it at all. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
