Shield Cells Banks, by any chance?
I had 1 i think i tried turning it off and still over the limit, i will try un-mounting it after patch. I quess 1 is too many for a A rated Cobra with 2 low energy projectile weapons now...
I did test the Adder it has no issue maybe i will just use that to do the combat missions...
I have one shield cell, two beams and two multicannons. Total 104% now, it can be handled with module priority.
I thought module priority just determines who gets recharged first not over the limit. The lowest item would just shut off i think.

It used to be a good bounty hunter, but now you can't kit it out properly because as soon as you deploy weapons it shuts down.
I had mine kitted out quite nicely thank you, before the update, I left it as it was whilst I played in the Beta, when I came back to it after the update and deployed weapons, every thing shut down. I had to run for it and head for the nearest station and re kit it out so that it could at least go into combat.
Now I'm down to 2 Pulse lasers and 2 Multi cannons, yes I have a shield cell but I had to sacrifice another module to get that to work.
If you want to keep the SCBs you can. However, you will need to sacrafice some A rated equipment. Do you really need an A rated shield? I bet you can still be pretty deadly with a B or C (especially if you have SCBs).
A class sensors? dump them and mount D...in a fighter, you don't need more than that
A class life support? unless your really enjoy fighting without your HUD, you don't need 25min in most situations.
A class thrusters? Depending on how much weight you have, you might not need A class...and may be able to do just fine with a lower class
It forces balances...there is no such thing as an uber load out. There is YOUR loadout that works for how you fly and play.
