A Request for more high resolution nebulae

As a PSA, if you go into the GraphicsConfiguration.xml file in your ED root folder, you can force the game to only display nebula in high resolution, but i have found no way to make it display more than 1 (the line is under <galaxymap> and is <LowResNebulasCount>16</LowResNebulasCount> - set it to 0 then it will only display one nebula, but in much greater detail). Don't mess with the other numbers, seems to make it render in odd ways.

Would it be possible to have the option of rendering all nebulae in higher quality?

I know it's a realistic sim of the Galaxy but I'd love to see more...colour just in general as you fly/ SC around.

5o an extent i agree, but that would diminish the impact a pretty nebula has if you didn't have to travel hundreds or even thousands of light years to see it.

If we could have the same effect like in Freelancer when you float through them... would be a bit unrealistic but attract people like flies...

A couple more comparisons. This is the Seagull Nebula, the first shots are the normal maximum settings, and the second with the forced high resolution...

I'm currently not close to any nebulae, so can't check myself
