Most concourses on big space stations are located inside it, with bar windows overlooking landing pads. That's boring, but more or less understadable.
Now - space outposts. Most of the time they are in orbit around some pretty nice planets, providing great opportunity for breathtaking views, but for some reason concourse is (in my experience) always facing some other direction, so all the view we get is the blackness of space.
Would it be possible to move the concourse to the other side of the station or rotate the stations?
